The 2012 Awards presentation and dinner will be held in Tasmania at Princes Wharf 1 Hobart on February 15th 2013. Guests will enjoy a delicious menu featuring Tasmanian produce and wine and surprise entertainment throughout the night.

2012 Australian Tourism Awards finalists announced

Tourism_AwardsThe National Tourism Alliance today announced the finalists for the 2012 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards.

Juliana Payne, NTA CEO, said “we congratulate the 179 outstanding tourism operators from around Australia that have won their state or territory Awards and are now competing at the national level. We look forward to recognising the very best of Australia’s tourism operators in Hobart on Friday 15th February 2013”.

Finalists for the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards are drawn from the State and Territory Tourism Awards across 27 categories.  The Australian Tourism Awards have been operating since 1985 – and are the industry’s peak awards program.

The Qantas Australian Tourism Awards are being held at Princes Wharf 1 in Hobart, Tasmania.  The evening promises to be an extravaganza of entertainment and fine food and wine from Tasmania’s renowned regions.
